  • The code is written in a wrong shape. It must be 4 digits, a dot, then 4 digits.
  • The code is not the right one for this item.

How to fix it

  1. Write it like 8507.2000.
  2. Use the Find item box and pick the item again.
  3. If you still get the error, check the code with your accountant or customs tariff.
